In the future, it looks like automobile manufacturers will be producing a lot more high MPG cars with the new fuel guidelines mandated by Congress for 2014. The high mileage choices will increase as advanced technology is applied to cars in the next 5 years. Think safety first. Most car crash test results are based on crashing into an immovable obstacle. In the real world, we all know that crashes usually involve two moving vehicles that collide with all the force that physics predicts–oftentimes with terrible results.
