I don’t think there is anything that you will get free to access a person’s marital status or any classified datas online, especially on the said country unless you have access to some CIA stuff to run a check on someones background. But if you check out NSO (Nat’l Statistics Office) at http://www.census.gov.ph/ , for a minimal fee of $15 (720 Pesos) + shipping, on the last time I checked you could request a copy of someone’s marriage certificate provided if you know the basic info of that person such as first name, last name and maybe birthdate. However, if ever you’re gonna live with this person the rest of your life, this will be a worth it idea.
