those are wheel locks and they take a special tool called a key like you lost, I would suggest you go to the dealer if they are factory wheels and buy a new key or just have them get the locks off and put regular lug nuts on your wheels or if there aftermarket wheels go to where they sell them and see if you can buy a key for them.
