You can change the play mode when listening to the iRiver iFP-120/140/180T MP3 player with the touch of a button. The Mode/REC button, to be exact. If you want to switch between listening to MP3 files or the radio, just hit the Mode button and you’re good to go. Find the Mode/REC button. You should find it on the side of the iFP 100 series player, along with the Stereo and Memory/EQ buttons. Press and hold the Mode/REC until the LCD screen displays 3 icons: MP3, FM Radio and Voice. The play mode that the iRiver iFP-120/140/180T MP3 player is currently running will be highlighted. Use the Skip or Replay buttons to highlight the desired mode. For example, if you wanted to listen to the FM tuner, highlight FM Radio. Click on the Navi/Menu button in the center of the navigation wheel to confirm your choice. The iRiver iFP-120/140/180T MP3 player will now begin running in the desired play mode.
