Prefer a weekly or monthly calendar, instead of daily? You can easily adjust your calendar views as needed in Outlook 97, 98 and 2000. Make sure you’re in the Calendar. Click the Day (1) button to view the current date in hour increments. Click a specific day in the month-view calendar to the right to view that day. Click the Work Week (5) button to view the current week Monday through Friday, or the Week (7) button to view the current week Sunday through Saturday. You can also press Alt and the minus sign to switch to Week view. Click the Month (31) button to view the current month. Press Alt and the equal-sign key if you prefer to use the keyboard. Scroll up or down to view past and future times. Press Alt and a number simultaneously to view that number of days (for example, Alt+3 displays three days in hour increments). Press Control and click noncontiguous days or weeks in the month-view calendar to the right to see those days or weeks.
