The Acura Integra has a simple oil changing process. No matter what year Integra you own, use oil types SE or SF. Oil type SF gives you better fuel economy, but SE is fine, too. The oil viscosity for the Integra is 10W-30 or 5W-30, with 5W being the preferred viscosity. Lift your Integra using a car jack and place jack stands underneath the car. If you don’t have jack stands, you can slide the car up onto a set of wheel ramps. Make sure you brace the front tires so the Integra doesn’t roll. Pop the hood and remove the oil filler cap located on the valve cover. Remove the dipstick and set aside.
