When you notice that your dryer is not warm when running or that your clothes are not getting dry, chances are that you need to replace the heat element. Replacing the heating element is not difficult and you can accomplish this task within an hour. The Kenmore heating element is behind the toe panel of your dryer. The toe panel is directly under the dryer door. Unplug the Kenmore dryer from the dryer electrical wall outlet.
