How do you change the gas line on Weed eater gas trimmer?

First thing was to disconnect the spark plug and empty the fuel tank. I captured the piece that had dropped into the fuel tank as that had the fuel filter attached to it. I then unscrewed the fuel tank (as it made it easy to work afterwards in the small space provided). I pulled out the other end of the broken line and pulled it out of the carburetor (using a long nose plier). Cutting a similar length (actually an inch longer) of the new fuel pipe, I cut on end at a slant (like a taper) and used this end to insert into the small hole going into the fuel tank. Once inside I pulled this out toward the gas cap, cut off the end and attached the fuel filter. Then I dropped it back into the tank and gave it enough line so as to sit the filter into the bottom of the tank. I attached the other end to the carburetor and re-attached the fuel tank.
