To access your email account on Hotmail, a free web-based program, you must successfully enter the password associated with the account. If you know your current Hotmail password, you can access your Hotmail account options to change your password. If you do not remember the account password, you will need to provide accurate answers to the security questions associated with the account before you can change the password. Open your web browser and go to the Windows Live Hotmail web address (see Resources). Log in to the account associated with the password you wish to change.
