• Get a jar any kind • Take the napkins and fold them up, then down, up, then down, up, then down. • Take the rubber band or any kind of tie and tie it around the napkin. • Fill the jar with water to the middle of the glass jar. • Add the food coloring to the water in the jar. • Let the napkin soak till the next morning.
