“Hi, my name is Dave Andrews. Today I’m going to show you how to change the background color in a Microsoft Word document. Let’s go to our computer and open up Word. Just click on your start button; let’s go to all programs; let’s find Microsoft Office and let’s open up Word. Here we have a, the default document that comes up when you open Word and as you can see, it’s a, basically a white piece of paper background. We want to change that and the way we do that is by, at the top tab; clicking on page layout and then in the ribbon here, you have an, an option that says page background. Now we want to just move our mouse over page color and click on that and you can just move your mouse over to different colors. Now I’m not even clicking on this, but Microsoft Word is giving me a little preview of how they would look if I chose them. I’m going to choose sort of a, a light blue color.
