How Do You Change The Air Filter In A John Deere GATOR TX Utility Vehicle?

0

The John Deere Operator’s Manual recommends changing the air filter every 200 hours or annually (whichever comes first) OR more frequently when operating in extreme conditions. Allow engine to cool. Locate the dust unloading valve attached to the front of the air cleaner canister and pinch the corners to allow any dirt or debris to fall out of the valve. Release the two latches on the air cleaner canister cover. Remove and discard the dirty filter. Install new filter. Install the air cleaner canister cover with the rubber dust unloading valve pointing downward and hook the canister cover latches.
