How Do You Change Outlook 2007 Task Memo Style Information?

0

One of the many features in Outlook that can help you stay organized is the “Task” list. When you create tasks in Outlook, you can follow them through to completion even if you assign them to someone else. If you prefer to have a hard copy, you can print out your task information as well. However, if you print Outlook 2007 tasks from an open item, it will only print the single item in memo style. In order to change the style, you must print in another manner. Open Outlook 2007. Select “Tasks” in the navigation pane on the left side of the window. Go to the “File” menu and select “Print.” Select “Table Style” under “Print Style” in the “Print” window. Click the “Print” button to print your task list in table style, which prints all of your tasks along with the fields that display in the main task window.
