However the following are free ways to do it. • Change My Computer or The Recycle Bin that are ‘built-in’ to Windows. • Right-click on Desktop/Properties/Effects/ • Highlight Icon/Change and Icon/Browse/Local Disk • Open C:/WINNT/System 32/Progman.
