How do you change keyboard music into clarinet music??
I’m assuming that you mean you have piano music, and you want to play the melody on clarinet so it sounds the same pitch. The first answer seems to assume that you want to play clarinet music on the piano, and is completely wrong anyway. The thumbs-up is a worry. The clarinet’s C sounds like B flat on the piano, in other words, one full tone lower. To make up for this, you have to play every note one tone higher. This also has the effect of changing the key signature. You can do this by adding 2 sharps to the piano key sig (if it has sharps) or subtracting 2 flats (if the piano’s in a flat key sig). Or, you can actually work out what new key it’s in, and get the key signature from that. If the piano is in E flat Major (3 flats), then the clarinet is one tone higher, which is F Major (therefore 1 flat) . If the piano is in C Major (no sharp or flat), then the clarinet is in D Major (2 sharps).
