How Do You Change Detents On An Invert Mini?
The Invert Mini is a high quality paintball marker (also known as a paintball gun) known for its lightweight aluminum construction and hi-tech electronics. The Invert Mini needs regular maintenance, cleaning and replacement of certain parts to keep it operating in top shape. A detent keeps loaded paintballs from rolling out of the Mini’s barrel. A worn detent will cause damage to the bolt because it does not hold the paintballs in the correct position for firing, which causes chopping of the paintballs and misfiring. Replacement detents are available from Invert and can be replaced in a few minutes. Locate the ball detents on both sides of the breech below the feed neck. Loosen and remove the detent cover screws with a Phillips screwdriver in a counterclockwise direction. Remove the detent cover. Remove the detent by prying it out with your fingers. Place a new detent in its place. Replace the detent cover and tighten the holding screw in a clockwise direction with the Phillips screwdr
