How Do You Change Crossfire Headlight Bulbs?
Keeping your vehicle properly maintained includes replacing and repairing any bulbs when they go out. The headlights are crucial; without them, visibility at night is cut substantially and it’s also illegal in most states. Replacing the bulb on a Chrysler Crossfire isn’t a difficult process, and it should take about 10 minutes to do. Open the hood, and put up the hood prop to support it. Locate the headlight lenses on the car, and look on the opposite side of the core support to locate the headlight wiring. Unplug the wiring from the bulb using your hands. If you need extra leverage, you can use the flat-head screwdriver to push in the tab. Remove the rubber cover from the back of the headlight to reveal the bulb assembly. Push in the wire clip that secures the bulb to the assembly, and pull it to the side to let the bulb come out. Pull out the bulb with your other hand. Insert the replacement bulb using your hands, but be very careful not to touch the bulb itself. Any grease transfer
