How Do You Change Batteries In Christmas Solar Star Lights?

0

A fairly recent yuletide decoration innovation has been the introduction of solar powered Christmas lights. They are environmentally friendly, can be installed anywhere, and will turn on automatically at dusk. A small solar panel uses sunlight to recharge batteries which in turn power the lights at night. Provided they receive sufficient sunlight, the power they produce keeps the lights lit for many hours. Replacing the battery or batteries is very simple and requires only a few minutes to complete. Using the screwdriver, remove the screws from the battery cover located on the underside of the solar panel. Remove the old battery or batteries. If the unit requires two batteries, take note of how the positive and negative ends of the batteries are aligned. Install the replacement batteries. Set the battery compartment cover back in place. Using the screwdriver, reinstall the screws into the holes in the battery compartment cover. That’s all there is to it.
