Auto fill detects form fields on Internet web pages and will automatically fill out forms using saved information. The information includes things like first and last name, address, phone number and billing and shipping information. The stored auto fill information can be changed using a few simple steps. Open Internet Explorer. Click “Tools” on the main menu bar and choose “Internet Options.” Click the “General” tab and choose “Delete” from the Browsing History section. Click “Delete Forms.” Choose “Yes” to delete all stored information. Click “OK.” The next time you fill out a form, Internet Explorer will ask you if you would like to save the new data. Click “Yes” and auto fill will use this information for future forms. Click “Tools” and choose “Internet Options” to disable the auto fill program.
