You need to get in ALL crevices. After the tush is clean, put the wipes in the dirty diaper, and slip diaper out from under child. Fold up and secure with sticky tabs. Place new diaper under tush with the tabs under their back. Apply diaper rash cream or powder if needed. Fold front of the diaper up and secure one side at a time with tab.
