How do you change a Word Document into a PDF file?

I go with kei116 above. I also downloaded Cute PDF Writer some months ago. It works no probs. You’ll need to download Ghostscript too from the same page. Basically once it’s downloaded and installed on your PC it’s treated as a printer and can be chosen from your File > Print >Printer list (at top of the print dialogue box). http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/… next time you print however you have to remember to set it back to the ordinary printer. Cute PDF Writer does what it says on the tin. And it’s totally free. No hidden charges. Another free one I’ve seen is is Do PDF on the computeractive downloads section. http://www.computeractive.co.uk/vnunet/d… There is also a free online service that converts Word to PDFs and emails them back to you. Looks like you need to set up a separate email account eg yournamep
