• Your first step is to ensure you have the correct replacement tile as there are many different roof tiles on the market and you must ensure it is the same one or you will cause yourself unnecessary damage and may worsen the problem. So take a tile with you to a roofing supplier and they should be able to match it for you. • Once you have safely got to the broken tile, use a brick trowel to lift it up over the baton underneath and slide it down and out. • Place your new tile onto the brick trowel and reverse the steps for removing the tile.
