Squeeze all of the excess water and blood from the reusable menstrual pads once they’ve finished soaking for at least twelve to twenty-four hours. Treat any staining as you would your other clothing items. Scrub the stains gently. Add the pads to your next load of laundry. You can use whichever temperature setting you prefer, to clean them.
