It’s all about a balancing act with this skin type. You’re trying to balance oily skin around the t-zone while trying to handle the dryer skin around the cheeks. This is actually the most typical skin type and the easiest to care for and you don’t need a shower full of different products to do it! Look for a mild cleanser specifically formulated for combination/normal skin types. They are gentle on the dry areas and tougher on the oily areas. Don’t use hot water or detergent soaps. If you choose to use an astringent to combat the oil, don’t use one with alcohol and only use it once a day on the t-zone area.
