After eleven years of marriage, I decided to replace the cookware set originally received as a bridal gift. In addition to cookware, this goes for non-stick bake ware and your Foreman or Hamilton grill. Once the surface is scratched, the non-stick function is compromised! Stick with high quality nylon, or silicone utensils; cheaper plastics may melt. Do not use non-stick sprays like Pam when cooking on non-stick surfaces.
