• Get a toy horse. It can be a soft toy or a Breyer model. • Build it a stable. Some Breyer horses come with stables, but its more fun to build your own. You can use old cardboard boxes or plastic containers. • Build a paddock. You can buy plastic fences and trees from toy shops. You might want to consider putting in a mini shelter. • Find a place to exercise your horse. You may have a doll to ride your horse, but if you have a large stuffed toy you can ‘ride’ it yourself by sticking it between your legs. If your doll is riding it, build a mini arena. • Find ‘bedding’ for your stable. Yellow wool cut into small shreds would be good. You can also cut up green wool for your paddock ‘grass’. • Make some ‘muck’ for your stable and paddock. This may sound gross but its more realistic. Pieces of brown paper scrunched up into balls would do perfectly. • Build a muck heap. Three pieces of cardboard joined together to make three walls with two right angles would be excellent.
