How Do You Call A Phone Number From Mexico?
You may be taking a trip to Mexico and need to know how to call back to your home country, or possibly even place a call to another phone within Mexico. Calling from and within Mexico is easy, you just need to learn something about “exit codes,” “country codes” and “trunk codes”–preferably before you leave your home country. Use “00” to begin making an international phone call from Mexico. This is Mexico’s “exit code” for making an international call. Dial the country code for the country you are calling. For example, you would dial “1” for the U.S. country code, after dialing the “00” exit code from Mexico.
