For Precision Measurement Application, edges can be found to 1/10 pixel resolution for a well setup application. Therefore, as a rule of thumb the Series 530, 540, and 630 can measure to approximately 1/4,000th the FOV (Field of View). The Series 544 can measure to approximately 1/10000th the FOV.
