Here is what you need to do to be able to buy tickets at face value. Compose a short letter to the NFL to request tickets for the upcoming Super Bowl. Include your full name, address, and phone number. Be sure to request 2 tickets (the maximum). Do this between February 1st and June 1st of the preceding year.
