How Do You Buy Sundance Film Festival Passes?
The Sundance Film Festival occurs each winter in Utah, and features independent films. Many celebrities and artists populate Park City, Sundance and Salt Lake City during the festival. Movies are open to the public, but have limited ticket availability. Purchase Sundance passes and tickets in advance or during the festival. Check the Sundance website (see Resources) for the pass lottery sign-up period. These dates usually fall in September and October. Register for the lottery online. Select passes, packages, or advance individual packages. Pay the small fee (usually $5) to join the lottery. Purchase as many lottery slots as people in your party, if possible. Lottery slots are random, and the more chances you have, the more likely you are to receive an early time slot. Watch for your lottery slot email announcement.
