As a health coach, I always tell my clients to buy organic fruits and vegetables. Organic produce is higher in antioxidants and phytochemicals. When you don’t spray food with pesticides, fruits and vegetables have to fight off their adversaries on their own, which makes food more nutritious. You also avoid chemicals, sewage sludge, genetically modified foods, artificial colorings and other unhealthy exposure when you buy organic fruits and vegetables.
