How to Buy, Fix and Sell Real Estate Friday May 1, 2009 When I bought my first house under the buy, fix and sell concept, I didnt know the difference between a framing hammer or a ball-peen hammer. My hammer was actually a large rock I carted with me from house to house, which I used for pounding nails to hang pictures. I figured that when I flipped a switch and the lights came on, far as I was concerned it was magic. If I had a hole in the wall, I hung a picture over it.
