Buying a girl’s softball helmet is not easy. Not only must the helmet cover the head and protect it, but it must not be so big that it moves around on the head. The helmet has to fit comfortably–you don’t want the head to feel squeezed by the helmet is on–but if there is too much give it won’t provide adequate protection.
