Nero offers a range of CD and DVD burning capabilities along with CD copying functions. Nero is widely used to create custom CDs, DVDs and personal disks that hold data such as pictures and documents. While making a custom CD, a user may decide to burn a song from one CD to another. Nero allows you to do so with a few simple clicks, leaving you with a copy on your hard drive that you can then burn to a blank CD. Open Nero by double-clicking on the desktop icon or by going to “Start,” then “All Programs” and selecting the Nero program. Allow the program to load completely. Ensure the source CD is loaded into your CD drive. Click on “Save Data Track.” You will be prompted to choose the track you’d like to burn and save.
