There is great emphasis placed on encouraging students to be able to critically think, so much so that the content instruction is often very blurry and rote learning is null and void. Critical thinking is an essential part of a student’s education, but it has to be incorporated properly into each curriculum course in such a way that critical thinking becomes a reflective enhancement of what the student has comprehended from the lessons the teacher has taught.
