Trot her turning a big circle the left way 3 laps, stop her and walk her out, and then you turn her and around and trot the right way 3 laps then you stop and walk her out again. If you don’t do it both ways the equal amount, muscle will build up on one side or more on one side. And trotting her will get her blood pumping, start off doing 2 laps each way a day, then after a few days, start doing 3 laps each way a day. Work up the laps for endurance. When you ride her, turn her in small tight circles slowly and do lots of twisting. It will build back muscle. You can do this at a walk. I would do it at a walk because when you’re turning tight circles at a trot or a lope, unless they’re a barrel horse who have the
