Many people think that supplements are the key to losing weight. Well, many people are wrong. Natural food and exercise are the best ways to gain muscle. I hate using supplements. The only ones I use are protein shakes and even those are not necessary. So here is what you do. Go research different foods to eat and diets to go on to maximize your muscle growth. Then go find a workout routine, don’t worry I’m going to give you a few ideas here. The best things you can eat are natural, healthy foods. Chicken and eggs are fantastic. Make sure you don’t fry the chicken, grilled is best. Here is a good example of a day’s worth of food: 1. Egg sandwich, banana, orange juice, and granola for breakfast 2. A protein shake or bar 3. A turkey sandwich, granola bar, juice or water, and wheat thins 4. Another protein bar or shake 5.
