How Do You Build Mini Dog Sleds?
Miniature dog sleds are fun to build and the outcome is adorable. These minis can be used for school projects, toys or even to become familiarized with life-size dog sleds. Building models is enjoyable and creative work. Sketch a rough plan for your sled. Make a point by attaching two sticks at one end. Bind together with wire or twine. Add a third stick to the two attached sticks, creating a triangle. Bind sticks together with wire or twine. Put two shorter sticks on each end of the corners created by the third stick. Attach sticks with wire or twine, or glue to attach. These short sticks should be standing directly up. Connect the two short sticks with a stick that lies across. This stick may need to be cut in order to match the size of the sled. Attach two sticks to the corners you’ve just created.
