How Do You Build Homemade Archery Targets?

0

This is by far the easiest and cheapest way to build a homemade archery target. All the materials are easy to find around the house and it is a good way to recycle old newspaper and phone books. This target will stop shots from even the most powerful of bows if you stack the paper tightly enough. Find a cardboard box that is the size that you want your target to be. It should be fairly sturdy cardboard. Stack your newspaper or phone books in the cardboard box so that they are perpendicular to the direction that the arrow will be shot into the target. Make sure they are packed tightly especially if you have a very powerful bow. Close the cardboard box and tape it shut with packing tape or duct tape. Tape on your paper target or draw one on the box. When your target gets worn out just replace the newspaper or phonebooks and shoot at another side of the box.
