How Do You Build Forearm Strength Inexpensively?
• Gather the materials listed in the “Things You’ll Need” section at the bottom of the page. • Drill a hole through the pole. • Loop and tie one end of the rope or cord through the hole you drilled. • Tie the other end of the rope/cord into a loop and loop the bungee cord through it. • Use the bungee cord to attach the appropriate weight for the exercises you are going to do with your new exercise machine. • Exercise with this device. Simply use your wrists to wind up the weight to meet where your hands are. Twist the cord until the cord is completely wrapped around the pole. You can use either direction of movement for your forearms. Do two sets for strength gain with minimal muscle gain or three to five sets for maximum muscle gain. When the weight you’re using gets pretty easy to use, increase the weight by 2.5-5lbs.
