The length and height of the bin aren’t as important as the width, the bin should be no wider than 18 inches. It should come with a lid that opens from both ends. Purchase spring-loaded drawer dividers. You will need four to five per storage bin. The dividers should expand to at least 18 inches. Collect your shoes and place them into the storage bin, pairing shoes together, parallel to the width. Determine how many pairs you can easily fit. Remove the shoes.
