How Do You Build An Indoor Wall Fountain?

0

Indoor wall fountains bring serenity, along with the soothing sounds of flowing water to any room in your home. You can easily build your own indoor wall fountain with slate tiles, a sheet of Plexiglas or a thin slab of stone. Mount smaller fountains directly on the wall or use the reservoir as a stand for floor-to-ceiling water fountains. The instructions listed here are for a 6-foot-tall by 2-foot-wide wall fountain that sits on the floor and rests against the wall. Lay the Plexiglas sheet on a flat surface. Apply waterproof adhesive to the back of one piece of slate tile and press the tile firmly onto one corner of the Plexiglas. Liquid Nail is a good choice for this project, but any strong waterproof adhesive will work. Apply adhesive to another tile and place it beside the first one, as close as possible. Grouting is not necessary for this project, so don’t leave spaces between the tiles. You can also select three 24-by-24 inch slate tiles if they are available in your area. Compl
