Place three couplers on the 42-inch pipe. Place the first couplers 1 foot from the end of the pipe with the open socket facing sideways. Sit the second couplers on top of the first ones with the open socket facing up. Place the third coupler 1 foot higher than the second one. Tighten the couplers into place with an Allen wrench.
