How Do You Build A Wood Lattice Fence?

0

If you ever needed a little privacy or want to hide that central air unit, a lattice fence is just the thing. It’s easy to assemble and inexpensive. It can also be used in the garden for pole beans or vines. With the 1 1/2″ screws fasten one 2×4 to the side of one of the 4×4 post. Make sure the edge of the 2×4 is flush with the top of the post. Fasten the other end of the 2×4 to another post in the same manner. Measure 2 feet from the other end of the post. Fasten another 2×4 at this point on the post. Measure the other post and fasten 2×4 in the same manner. Lay the lattice on the 2×4’s and attach using the 1/2″ screws. Dig holes 18″ deep, 8 feet apart. Set “fence” post into holes. Fill in holes. Add one or two braces or another side fence for support.
