How Do You Build A Tech Deck Skateboard?
Tech Deck skateboards can be purchased as a complete deck for instant tricking and riding or you can go build your own. Tech Decks also are sold in parts, with each part being combined to build a complete deck. Users who want to customize every aspect of their deck from wheels to grip tape can build their own decks using the parts purchased from any Tech Deck retailer. Owning a custom Tech Deck can set you apart from your other fingerboard-riding friends. Place the deck face down on a sheet of grip tape. Trace around the deck with a pencil. Cut out the traced shape from the grip tape with scissors. Remove the backing of the tape and place it on the top face of the deck. Smooth out the tape starting from the center of the deck and working out to the edges. Run the dull end of a butter knife around the edge of the deck where there is any grip tape overhang. A white line will form around the tape. Cut along the white line to remove the excess grip tape. Push a pin through the eight holes
