Cut a quarter-inch off one side of the handle of the clothespin. Punch a slot the size of the uncut end of clothespin to the top rear of the pinewood derby car using the flat-head screwdriver. Fill the slot with the wood glue and insert the uncut end of the clothespin into the slot. Let it dry for 10 hours. Attach the wheels to the car pinewood derby car. Decorate the car as you like. Insert 1-inch-long piece of the large-diameter straw into the mouth of the Rocket Balloon. Make sure the straw fits snugly inside balloon. Use tape if necessary.
