How Do You Build A Simple Coffee Table?
A coffee table can be easy to make. This instruction adds a shelf in the coffee table of “Design 2” which is basically a table with two rectangular boards for legs. These steps can be applied to any coffee table with a similar design from a store or from one you made yourself. Shown above is the concept of what the final design looks like. Two rectangular pieces of wood act as legs. Determine your own dimensions. If you can not think of a size, get the measurements from a coffee table you like in a store or go to the internet and search for any coffee table you desire. The store website usually provides dimensions on an item. We will assume a 41 x 19 x 16 inch size for illustration. Take the measurements between the table legs and measure the length and the width of the shelf you want to add in between. Shown are the measurements to take from under the table.
