How Do You Build A PVC Pipe Table?
PVC pipe doesn’t make for the most attractive table, but it is easy to assemble, inexpensive and durable. A PVC table is great for outdoor use, utility, and temporary use while you look for new furniture. By using different lengths of PVC pipe, you can make a table in any size you want. This article shows you how to make a very simple table with a plywood top. For more complicated projects, follow the links below. Get six furniture grade PVC pipes in the same size and four three-way connectors. Make the table top. Attach four of the pipes together with the connectors, with the open sides facing downward. Cut a sheet of plywood into a square about 6 inches larger on each side than the PVC tabletop. Position the tabletop centered on top of the PVC frame. Apply glue to the connection between the table and the pipe. Use a small stick to push the glue into the connection and smooth it down. Leave the table to dry.
