Generally, a tower bought in a store is a device that plugs directly into a pre-existing computer, but by spending a little money, you can convert an old computer you have lying around into your very own DVD duplicator tower. Step 1 Find a cheap computer. It can be one you buy used or one you’ve had lying around for years.
