How Do You Build A Corner Bookshelf With Doors?
Corner shelves are the perfect solution to rooms that have very little space. Bookshelves that fit into the corner do not take up as much space as traditional bookshelves and they fit where nothing else will fit, in the corner. Building a corner bookshelf may sound complicated, but it really is not. Adding doors to the front of the bookshelf is even easier. Add doors so you can close them and hide any mess whenever you want to. Measure the plywood to make two pieces that measure 23 inches by 72 inches. Cut these out using the circular saw. Bevel one edge of each of the pieces to a 45-degree angle to form the corner at the back of the shelf. Apply wood glue to the entire beveled edge of one of the pieces of wood. Align the beveled edge of the other piece of wood on top of the glue. Use a drill fitted with a screwdriver bit and insert wood screws. Space the screws 6 inches apart all the way up the edge. Cut 3 triangles out of the plywood, with 21 ½-inch short sides. Attach one of the tri
